HONDA CBR1000RR SLIP-ON

Fits 2004-2007 models. This Slip-On features a larger diameter 2.25" 304 series stainless steel S-bend. We utilize a 15" long muffler body with a 2" diameter core and outlet tip as standard. A 2.25" or 2.50" diameter core and 2.25" outlet tip is also available for those looking for a slightly louder exhaust tone. The muffler body clamp mount is laser cut from 304 series stainless steel and insulating with an extruded rubber insulator. The muffler is available in lightweight Carbon Fiber, Stainless Steel, or Titanium shells.

Just over 6 lbs. On an under tail exhaust, with such a high center of gravity, this weight savings is very significant and will improve handling.

The model used was a 2004. Power increase was 5.7 horsepower and 2.5 foot pounds of torque. Fuel curve is within specs and no change is required to the mapping.
