Fits 2008 - 10 models. Features 304 series stainless steel mid pipe exiting into a 12” carbon fiber muffler (stainless steel muffler also available). Choice of core sizes in 2.0”, 2.25” or large 2.50” diameters. This system comes standard with our new Flat Conical Billet End Cap (slightly different than pictures shown) that is cnc’d from solid 6061 material, and large 2.50” core. A traditional Turn Down Exit Tip is also available. The polished muffler body clamps are laser cut from 304 series stainless steel with extruded rubber insulators. Stainless steel T-Bolt clamps is utilized on the mid-pipe and muffler inlets .

The chart is from the 750 (similar gains of 3 – 4 hp will be noted on the 600). This particular bike has only 580 miles on it. Further break-in miles should result in more power. Power starts coming on as low as 4500 rpm and carries through the soft limiter. Very linear on both hp and tq with a 4.5 hp gain and 1.6 tq. The ’08 model has the “boom box” welded to the head pipes and cannot be removed (like the ’06-07 models). Power, sound and weight savings are thereby limited. The stock fuel curve was still within acceptable specs on this test bike and only slightly lean at peak. No changes were required. The addition of a PC3 and proper map will further enhance performance.
