HONDA CBR600RR SLIP-ON

Fits 2007 - 2013 models. Features a 2.0", 304 series stainless steel mid-pipe exiting into 12" carbon fiber muffler. Available with 2.0", 2.25" or large 2.5" core.  Also choice of traditional Turn Down Exit Tip or Flat Conical Billet End Cap (recommended).  Sound and Dyno test was conducted with the 2.25" core installed. The sound is awesome. The polished muffler body clamps are laser cut from 304 series stainless steel with extruded rubber insulators. Stainless steel T-Bolt clamps is utilized on the mid-pipe and muffler inlet. The muffler is also available in 304 series stainless steel. However we highly recommend carbon fiber on all under tail applications for lower radiant heat.

This bike was brand new. We put five miles on it (on the dyno) before taking our readings. We gained slightly less than 4 hp, and just under 1 ft lbs torque and 4.19 ft lbs at peak horsepower and torque readings. The chart shows runs with the 2.25" core. The 2.0" core put out slightly less from mid range on up to peak. The larger 2.50" cores were very similar to the 2.25", with slightly more mid range and peak power. The power will continue to improve with more break-in miles. The power band was significantly improved as well. The stock fuel curve was within specs up to the soft limiter (14250 rpm). The addition of a PC3 with proper map will further optimize performance.
