KAWASAKI ZX10R HALF SYSTEM

Fits 2006 and 2007 model. This High Mount Half System Flanged Slip-On mounts at the head pipe collector flange located below the motor, removing the heavy and heat generating oem components.  It features a racing style merge collector tig welded to a stainless steel flange similar to the OEM flange. This exits into 2.0" diameter 304 series stainless steel tube featuring a slip-fit section for ease of installation into the high mount position. This system was purposely designed to not mount up tight against the rear cowling. Radiant heat to the passenger/rear cowling, overall tuned length and cooling efficiency were considered without compromise. Standard muffler length is 14" pictured.  Optional Extreme Series muffler now available in 12" length.  Core size options are 2.0", 2.25" or large 2.50" diameter.  The muffler body clamp mount is laser cut from 304 series stainless steel with an extruded rubber insulator. The muffler is available in Carbon Fiber or lightweight 304 series Stainless Steel.

The model used had 682 miles. Power increase was 5.89 horsepower and 1.8 foot pounds of torque. Fuel curve is within specs and no change is required to the mapping.
