Fits 2005 - 2006 models. This Slip-On muffler is a high mount under tail. The picture shown is with the optional fender eliminator kit (and without). The system is designed to fit also with the OEM fender/mudflat assembly. The photo shows it with a 14” muffler. The muffler has now been changed to 12.0” length for lighter weight and slightly more power and sound. Features a 304 series stainless steel mid-pipe exiting into a 12.0” length muffler. Available with either a 2.0”, 2.25" or large 2.5” core. With the muffler length being fairly short, sound levels are elevated, but the tone quality is awesome. The polished muffler body clamp is laser cut from 304 series stainless steel with extruded rubber insulators. The mufflers are available in Carbon Fiber or lightweight 304 series Stainless Steel.

Testing was done on a 2005 model with 8049 miles on the odometer. An increase of 4.3 hp and 1.2 tq was gained. The power gain started below 2500 rpm, with large improvements in mid-range and top-end. Excellent for a 600. The stock fuel curve was within specs and no change is required.
