Flat Conical End Cap - 14" Carbon Fiber

Fits 2008 - 2010 models. This is a Slip-On system that replaces both muffler and pre-muffler box. Features our new one piece flat conical billet end cap that is CNC’d from solid 6061 material.  Our traditional Turn Down Exit Tip is available as well.  The standard muffler is 14” with a large 2.5” core (12" is the most popular length).The 2.5” core creates maximum flow with a deep low frequency exhaust tone. Custom length mufflers, as well as 2.25” or 2.0” core diameters are available as well.  Large diameter, lightweight stainless steel mid-pipe features smooth radius bends and single piece construction for maximum flow. Great sound, weight savings, and huge power increase. Polished muffler body clamps are laser cut from 304 series stainless steel with extruded rubber insulators. Stainless steel T-bolt clamps on mid-pipe and muffler inlet assure a tight seal. Muffler is available in cool running 100% pure Carbon Fiber or lightweight 304 series Stainless Steel. With or without logo installed.

Kawasaki ZX10R Dyno ChartThis bike had 250 miles on it. It responded very well to the exhaust change. Plus 6.7 hp and 1.2 tq increase. Interesting to note that the new ZX10 pulls hard all the way to the soft limiter (13000 rpm) and just starts to level off. It was almost 12 hp stronger at its peak, over the OEM muffler at the same rpm. This trait is particular to the '08/09 model and shows how strong the motor is with our exhaust. The Area P Slip-On tested was with our large 2.5" core. The A/F curve was within specs and no change was required.   A PC3/V or kit ECU may further enhance power.
